Salary starting from £30k + DOE.

  • MSP Experience: Managed Service Providers (towards the £35k+ mark).
  • Cloud Skills: Proven Azure or AWS administration skills.
  • Certifications: Having an ITIL foundation or Microsoft Associate (AZ-104) certification.

Logic Recruiting for headhunting for our client. We’re looking for a technically curious and proactive 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing team. If you’ve mastered the basics and are ready to dive deeper into complex troubleshooting and infrastructure projects, we want to hear from you.

The Role

You’ll be the bridge between initial user support and the senior infrastructure team. This isn’t just about closing tickets; it’s about owning problems and improving systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Escalate and resolve complex hardware/software issues.
  • Manage Office 365, Azure, and Active Directory environments.
  • Support networking (VLANs, VPNs, Firewalls) and server maintenance.
  • Collaborate on internal IT projects and migrations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years in a dedicated 1st/2nd line role.
  • Tech Stack: Strong knowledge of Windows Server, O365, and Networking basics.
  • Soft Skills: A "problem-solver" mindset and the ability to explain technical fixes to non-technical humans.
