Key aspects of the role:
- Outbound Sales: Make calls to existing customers and potential clients to promote and sell our fulfilment and shipping services.
- Collaboration: Work with the operations team to strategise and secure business opportunities.
- Email Communication: Craft persuasive emails to engage prospects and nurture client relationships.
- Software Demonstrations: Showcase our solutions' functionalities and benefits to prospective clients.
- Negotiation and Closing: Use strong communication and negotiation skills to finalise deals and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Software Utilisation: Navigate and use various custom software applications efficiently for accurate data management.
- Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify and qualify potential leads, maximising sales opportunities.
- Time Management: Organise and prioritise tasks independently to ensure productivity and goal achievement.
Desirable technical skills:
- Proficiency with CRM software
