They are growing quickly, backed by a strong community of partners, operators, and forward-thinking customers. Now we’re looking for a confident, commercially minded Marketing & Partnerships Manager to take the business to the next level.

The Role

You’ll own the marketing engine and partnership strategy—working across brand, product marketing, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives to drive revenue, boost awareness, and support pipeline generation across all verticals (restaurants, hotels, salons, and more).

You’ll work directly with the CEO and co-founders, act as a visible face of the brand online and offline, and help shape the position as category leaders in digital tipping and tronc compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnerships & Commercial Growth

- Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships (POS systems, payment platforms, industry bodies, etc.)

- Develop and deliver partner co-marketing plans to drive qualified leads and platform adoption

- Nurture strong, enduring relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across the hospitality ecosystem

- Identify new integration opportunities that support customer value and retention

  • Brand & Marketing

- Own the brand across all channels – from website and socials to industry events and partner touchpoints

- Plan and execute campaigns that increase awareness, drive traffic, and convert interest into pipeline

- Collaborate with sales to support outbound initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all customer journeys

- Act as a confident on-camera spokesperson for the brand (video content, webinars, customer stories)

  • Market Expansion & Demand Gen

- Map and prioritise target markets and sectors to identify whitespace and revenue opportunities

- Craft compelling content, case studies, and assets tailored to our customer personas

- Support new market launches with marketing strategy, channel mix, and activation plans

- Use data to evaluate the performance of campaigns and partnerships, iterating quickly to drive impact

About You

- 4+ years in a marketing, partnerships, or commercial growth role—ideally within a SaaS, fintech, or hospitality-tech business
- Proven experience building and growing successful partnerships that drive measurable revenue
- Strong marketing fundamentals: brand, demand generation, content strategy, and campaign execution
- Charismatic communicator—comfortable in front of a camera, on stage, or in a boardroom
- Commercially sharp, action-oriented, and a natural relationship builder
- Confident navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments
- Bonus: experience working with or marketing integrations (e.g., POS, payroll, scheduling tools)
