Group Lead

• Salary circa £63k
• 100% Remote from within the UK

We are recruiting a Group Lead to join a Technology company who are expanding. They develop the latest smart connected products, broadband and video consumer equipment, streaming TV devices and platforms in to more than 30 millions homes all over the world.

Group leads will be responsible for all aspects of the delivery of a set of related projects. From contributing to planning, proposals and resourcing for forthcoming projects, you will take responsibility for all aspects of the delivery. Setting the technical direction, working with customer to understand their needs and promoting high technical and customer service standards. Monitoring key success indicators of the project (e.g. effort and schedule) you will be responsible for managing project issues as they arise and escalating where necessary.

The role requires a combination of technical, management and leadership skills, such as:

• 5yrs experience in developing or leading technical projects
• Good understanding of C++ or Java in an embedded environment
• Great knowledge of Software Design and consumer electronic software
