Customer Advisor
Location: Manchester
Salary: £28,000

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Delivering an exceptional standard of customer service to all customers through a variety of inbound channels
- Answering customer service queries regarding orders already placed
- Process orders for goods over the phone
- Actively listening to customer's needs and providing appropriate advice and suggestions
- Building and maintaining highly accurate customer information data records
A little bit about you:
- Experience in using Microsoft Office, including Outlook
- Competent keyboard skills
- High standard of communication, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to write concise, accurate notes
- Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Patient, Empathetic and understanding
- Able to build rapport with customers and ensure they remain calm when calling in with an issue to be resolved
