IT Support Engineer – Level 1

HQ - Harrogate (Office-Based) - need to be local to Harrogate, North Yorkshire

Salary - circa £28k - £30k

Are you an inquisitive IT pro with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for modern tech? Our client is looking for a self-driven IT Support Engineer to join the Harrogate-based team. Work is always office based, and most of the time you will provide support over the telephone or by remote access from the Harrogate based office.

You’ll work alongside a sharp team of consultants to provide top-tier remote and telephone support for a diverse client base.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Proven Experience: 2+ years in IT support managing varied network sizes.
• Certified Skills: At least one in-date Microsoft cert (like AZ700).
• Tech Fluency: Strong knowledge of Windows 11, M365, and Microsoft Server OS.
• Growth Mindset: A self-driven approach to training and a genuine curiosity for "what's next."

Core tool stack consists of:

• Heimdal Security products.
• Heimdal RMM.
• Dropsuite 365 backup.
• Heimdal VM Backup.
• CIPP 365 management.
• PRTG monitoring.
• HP Desktops and HP ProLiant Servers.
• Bespoke own PSA system called “ACL”
